This Caboolture property presented with lawns that were left beaten and bruised following renovations of the building in a facelift project, with a client thinking how do I improve my lawns, she contacted us seeking some professional lawn help.
Knowing the quality of the under turf and soil prep in these new estates (done to a budget, not to a standard), it’s an uphill battle even without copious amounts of traffic from workers and equipment let alone having materials all over them.
This property has had a range of services which included Machine Scalping, Lawn Coring, Scarifying / Dethatching, Soil testing, Amendments, Weed Control, Grub Control, Top soiling, Fertilizing and has been placed on our regular lawn improvement schedule.
