Frustrated by previous rude lawn care companies, I stopped using them last year & decided to “sort it out myself”. However with all the responsibilities of being a single mother working full time, it all got too much & I really let my yard go & was desperate to have it looking good for Christmas. Andrew and the team have been working with us for a while now, and it was the smartest decision we could have made! We run a busy business, and keeping on top of our acreage property was becoming a bit too much. We engaged him to help us keep on top of things, but what we didn’t expect was that our property would actually start to look better and better with each visit. Andrew is fantastic to deal with and identified the issue with my lawn instantly. He provided me with a quote and set out the different treatments and stages in which this was to be done. My 10 month old tiftuf lawn was dying and even though it was watered regularly . Andrew aerated the soil by coring it and then covered it with sand and within 2 weeks I had beautiful green healthy grass again. Andrew is great with communication and always on time. We are still improving the lawn and is now at the twice a week now as it is doing so well. I also had Andrew deliver and spread Cypress mulch for my garden. My lawn was lifeless and overrun with weeds - it was like seeing more of the weeds than my usual lawn. I did some DIY on my problematic lawn but it only made it worse. After reading great reviews online, I contacted Moreton Bay Lawns & Gardens - it turned out to be a very good decision. Looking at my lawn today, one could never imagine how bad it was before - the weeds are controlled and the lawn looks a lot healthier. It was not just the grass that was bad but also the soil quality. The soil was becoming very compacted and lifeless; after they did aeration on the soil, it's amazing to see it improve and more habitable for the grass. My neighbour even complimented how green my lawn is. Few months on, my lawn is well-maintained by Andrew's regular visits, which include mowing. Fantastic experience from quote to completion. I found Andrew to be incredibly knowledgeable and helped me envision what was possible with my unkept gardens. He provides excellent value for money and was considerate of my timeframes. Andrew ripped out everything and we started from a blank canvas improving the garden beds and lawns, getting a nice sharp edge on the borders. He also did a great job pressure cleaning my bush rock retaining wall and driveway (I didn’t know it was meant to my light). I think the results speak for themselves! Andrew was wonderful with his service and advice. I had emailed numerous companies about aerating own lawn with no response. Not only only was Andrew prompt in answering, but was very knowledgeable and helpful beyond expectation,( he even looked after our scaredy cat while he was here!) We had our lawn aerated,(cored), to promote root growth, and it didn’t stop with it just being done. There was advice on how to proceed with care after the service too, mowing and watering etc. I would definitely recommend this service.

I contacted Andrew at the beginning of the year after my new lawn took a massive turn for the worst - come to find out through Andrew it had been smashed by grubs and was being eaten away. Andrew was able to sort this out quickly at a reasonable cost and has since been continuing to provide care & maintenance to the lawn helping to get it back to looking great. Our yard and gardens were overgrown and needed a lot of work. Andrew and Jakk came in and got straight to work mowing, whipper snipping, grinding stumps, trimming hedges, and getting rid of weeks. I can now walk around the yard without tripping over and I can get to the clothes line again - it wa such a relief! They guys were very professional and well-mannered.They exceeded my expectations and I was thrilled with the results of their hard labour on an extremely hot day. A thinning lawn competing with weeds, poor drainage in clay leading to shallow rotting roots to name some issues. We used Andrew, to core and fertilise our front lawn area. We had a problem with the soil being compacted over the years and being on a slight slop the water would run to the lowest point because it was unable to soak into the compacted areas. The complete job was on time and handled with a very professional and positive attitude, the property was left tidy and clean the same as the equipment used. Very impressed.
